We currently offer pet waste removal services for the Columbia Missouri Area including: Columbia, Ashland, and Hallsville.
When will The Dog Doo Crew service our property?
We will send you an email at the beginning of each week detailing your service day and time. If you do not receive a scheduling email please let us know!
We aim to service your property on the same day every week. Inclement weather, holidays, and changing route schedules may impact which day you receive service.
When will my service start?
We process new customer subscriptions weekly. All subscriptions received by Friday will be scheduled for the following week.
Are there any contracts I have to sign?
No. We package our pet waste removal services in monthly increments for convenience. If you need to Cancel Your Service for any reason, we will suspend all future payments.
Are there any charges for the first cleanup?
There are no setup fees or first time cleanup fees for residential customers. We will spend a few extra minutes in your yard each week until the mess is caught up. For most customers, this is achieved after two sessions.
If you wish to have a large amount of waste cleaned during the initial visit, you will receive an additional invoice consistent with our One Time Cleaning Service. Just Let Us Know!
Commercial customers will be billed at the standard hourly rate for first time pickups and all subsequent cleanings.
Is it possible to get a one time only pet waste removal service?

Do you service commercial properties?
Yes! If your business or residential complex has public areas that are host to pets, we can help keep those areas clean with our pet waste removal service. Contact Us to schedule an appointment.
Do you work through the winter?
Yes. Yards and walkways can quickly become over run in the winter if they are not maintained regularly.
Is your service refundable?
No. Our service is billed monthly so we can schedule cleanings in an efficient manner. If you are unhappy with your service, please Let Us Know and we will be there to make it right!
If we have to skip your weekly service due to inclement weather, we will reschedule service for the next business day that weather permits. If the weather event persists for multiple days, your next visit will be scheduled as normal and we will allot enough time to work double doodie!
Can you work with our dog in the yard?
While we like dogs, sometimes they do not like us! Even friendly dogs have a tendency to crowd the gate, potentially creating a hazardous situation. We ask that all dogs be secured inside the house for the duration of the cleaning period. If large or aggressive dogs are let out while scooper is in yard, service may be terminated.
