Their communication is great, and the cost is more than reasonable. They come out exactly as planned and are great about texting before they arrive to make sure our guy isn’t in the yard. You can also opt to leave the gate propped so they know it’s okay to come in. They do an amazing and thorough job, and I never have to worry about them missing anything. They are quick, polite, courteous, and best of all—they take the poo with them! I have a Boerboel, and I’m so glad I don’t have to have that sitting in my garage bin baking until trash day. Aside from doing an amazing job, they are also great people. The gate is always closed, which is extremely important, especially because our gate is hard to latch. They always stop and take the time to make sure it is closed and secure. I don’t know what I’d do without The Dog Doo Crew, but I know my life would be really crappy without them! They recently have adopted a texting system that even lets you know the day prior that your next service is scheduled for the following day with a 2 hour window which makes it easy to plan for!
